If you are not completely satisfied with your order, our Refund and Return Policy offers a simple process for returning items, exchanging products, or receiving a refund within 3 days of receiving your purchase. 1. Returns

If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • All tags, manuals, and accessories must be included with the return.

2. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. 

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Digital products (if applicable)

3. Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, you may do so within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the same conditions as a return. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is unavailable, we will offer a refund or an alternative product option.

4. Warranty

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning the item to us unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
