Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Delivery Times

We aim to process and ship your order within 1 to 2 business days after receiving payment. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Worldwide Shipping: Delivery typically takes between 5 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or less accessible areas may take longer, up to 10 business days.

Please note that these are estimated shipping times and are not guaranteed. Unforeseen delays due to customs clearance, weather, or other factors may occur. We will provide tracking information to keep you updated on your shipment’s status.

3. Order Processing

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), and we will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local time) may be processed on the next business day.

Handling Time:

4. Tracking Your Order

We provide tracking information for all shipped orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and instructions on how to track your package online. This allows you to follow your package’s journey until it reaches your destination.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, or if the customer is unavailable to receive the package after multiple delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.

7. Undeliverable Packages

In the event that a package is undeliverable due to issues such as incorrect address information, refusal of the package, or customs complications, we will contact you to resolve the issue. If the package is returned to us, you may be eligible for a refund (minus shipping fees) or the package can be resent after additional shipping charges are covered.
